EMERGENCY: CALIFORNIA FIRES
California is suffering from its history’s most destructive wildfires. Hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced and thousands of homes have been destroyed so far.
Death toll is at least 31 for now, but the multiple wildfires have already burned more than 110,000 acres of land in the North and another 88,000 acres in the South. Statewide, about 149,000 are still under orders to leave their homes.
