In these unprecedented times, we are all facing increasing stress and anxiety due to the Corona Virus epidemic. We all need to take good self care and manage our emotional and mental wellbeing. No one else can do this for us
We are pleased to inform you that Mandar Apte (Board Member of the Charter for Compassion and senior meditation teacher of the Art of Living Foundation) will be offering free online breath and meditation sessions to share healthy ways to reduce stress and anxiety. The online class will consist of five consecutive sessions, that will consist of simple breath and guided meditation techniques to relax the mind and improve clarity and energy levels.
Recently, Mandar has trained over 200 members of the South LA community in 2019 and a short video of his work can be seen here.
Mindful Moments will be offered the week of March 30th through April 3rd at 10:30-11:30 am Pacific Time. Dates: Mar 30th – April 3rd, 2020. Attending all five sessions is mandatory. Register here.
